This is my 1st post in wordpress. Still blur with all the stuffs ard…Anyway I shall start off with Solid Rock Cafe which I visited with my friends last week.

This is the cafe. It was doing brisk business and more customer’s came in as its lunch time.
Now, 1st stop,
Pumpkin Soup, Ice lemon tea and warmed bread. Nice flavourful soup and no pumpkin smell! I thought its a beef soup…It has some hints of beef smell tho..
I was so excited when I saw the super huge plate of Oso Bucco I ordered. Soooo happy that I forgot to take a pic of the dish itself…Haih…Anyway my facial expressions speakes itself…I warn you, it is a heavy meal *wink* heh
And of course, the plate and also the bone were spotless…hahaha… Thumbs up for the huge chunk of meat. I hadn’t have any red meat in 2 weeks since the break started. Oh yah, the main meal also comes with a tiny portion with spaghetti (dried out and it taste awful), a dollop of mashed potato (didn’t like it either, has a funny smell) and some veges…
Hawaiian Chicken. Didn’t try it but 2 of my friends finished everything on the plate and it looks good no? My friend said the sauce was good. It comes with a big slice of ham, a ring of pineapple, mashed potato and vege. Huge serving as well.
Last but not least, egg and bread pudding. Izzit? Cannot remember. Not very sweet and I like the egg smell : ) Texture wise, its not hard and dry. Just nice ~Hm overall this place is good. 10% discounts for students who flashes their student ID and good service. However I haven’t try other dishes before. Its my 1st visit to the restaurant. Anywayz, the shank set meal is only RM23! My eyes were pratically popped out when I knew the price. The Hawaiian Chicken set meal was RM15. All were included with drinks, soup and dessert. Ah yes, all of our meals were upgraded meaning for an additional RM5 I can change my main course to some others on the menu. ANY on the menu. hahaha.
